PSP offers all products on this site for Internet purchase. All prices, descriptions, pictures, content, availability and inventory are subject to change at any time. PSP is not responsible for any inaccuracies of prices, descriptions, pictures, typographical or photographic errors in content. Prices, descriptions, pictures and content are subject to change at any time and without notice. PSP reserves the right to limit and or refuse sales at its own discretion.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to have a positive experience when buying from PSP. We guarantee the quality of all of our products. If there is any blemish, defect of your product due to manufacturing error we will replace the product with the same product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You must contact us within 7 days and we will correct the problem. PSP does not except returns after 7 days of delivery. Please examine all products upon receipt. Items that are deemed undeliverable, refused delivery or returned to sender will incur shipping & handling charges both ways to cover the freight costs incurred in good faith to ship the product to you per your information provided.
Defective Items Policy
If your order arrives damaged, is defective or we sent the wrong item contact us within 7 days and we will correct the problem. PSP will only replace items that were damaged by the manufacturer. PSP does not accept returns after 7 days of delivery; please examine all products upon receipt. Damaged or defective items will be replaced free of charge.
Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Transit times are estimated in business days. PSP is not responsible for delays due to the courier. Shipping charges are calculated through the use of InterShip; currently PSP utilizes FedEx and UPS as couriers of choice.
Payment
In return for use of our services or the purchase of products from PSP, you agree to pay all fees and charges as posted on your order and the PSP web site. PSP will charge your credit card, which you provide for payment. You agree and allow PSP to take any commercially available actions to validate your credit card. You understand and agree that, if timely payment of all amounts due for any services which you have agreed to purchase is not received, PSP may, in its sole discretion, restrict or terminate your use of the PSP service. If your payment of any kind is returned to PSP by the issuing bank for any reason, after receipt of products or services provided by PSP, you agree to pay PSP for such products and or services plus an additional processing fee proportionate to the amount of the original charge of 10%. Outstanding balances will incur interest at the rate of 2% per month until paid in full and any future use or attempted use of any of our services will be terminated.
